Technical Overview:
US Signal’s Multi Tenant Cloud are customer-managed virtual data centers where you can create and manage virtual machines residing in US Signal’s carrier grade, multi-tenant cloud infrastructure. All virtual machines reside on high performance storage arrays or solid state disks and have a Service Level Objective of less than 8ms of latency. The Cloud Director management portal allows you to manage your servers with policy-based user controls from anywhere with Internet connectivity. US Signal manages and offers multiple data centers, allowing you to build geographically redundant workloads.

Backed by carrier grade network and compute infrastructure, US Signal provides an industry leading 100% available SLA covering both dedicated and flexible Multi Tenant Cloud.

Enhancements
- US Signal Third-Party Licensing - Microsoft OS licenses are included as part of the Resource Pool offering. US Signal is a Microsoft Authorized Mobility Partner which allows you to deploy your own eligible Microsoft licenses with active Software Assurance through License Mobility and Extended Use Rights. As an alternative to deploying your own Microsoft licenses in our cloud, utilize US Signal’s SPLA agreement for Microsoft Application licenses including but not limited to, Exchange, SQL Server, and Remote Desktop Services.
- Tenant App - If this premium add-on has been enabled and collected data, you will be able to view historical and real-time utilization metrics of the Org vDC, vApps, VMs, and associated networks. The Tenant App will provide the user with data on well over 700 metrics in the dashboard to drill into, graph, compare, and export.
- Multi-Site Cloud Director - If you are utilizing multiple Multi Tenant Cloud, you may ‘federate’ your vOrgs by configuring Multi-site within Cloud Director. This allows administrators to view and manage all Multi Tenant Cloud from a single Cloud Director URL as well as set this multi-site access permission on an individual user basis.
