Service Level Agreement:

Single Tenant Cloud failed hardware will be replaced within 4 hours. Hardware replacement includes the installation and powering-on of identified failed hardware.

US Signal’s STC solution is built using HIPAA and PCI security standards helping you achieve your compliance requirements.

VDI Licensing

• Utilize VMware’s Horizon View to present VDI from STC. Available in Standard, Advanced, Enterprise, and Linux.
